A brand new comfortable apartment with all necessary equipment for long stays. Two bedrooms one double and a two single beds suite with private bathroom. A very good living room with a dinning room. New furniture and a contemporary design. All the commodities to make your vacation worth while.

The neighbourhood

Santa Maria condo is placed in the new multisport area of Tavira. You will find swimming pool or tennis courts a 50m distance. Ria Formosa protected are is a 150m distance. And the shopping moll Plaza is a 100m distance. The historical center is a 10 minutes walking from our apartment.

House rules

A regulation term will be delivered upon arrival. The cleaning should be verified once on departure the apartment should be delivered exactly as found. Its available a cleaning service for €60. On departure if cleaning conditions where not as found the €60 cleaning fee will be applied.

There is a €250 deposit fee returnable on your departure. The deposit fee is to cover any possible damages.

Towels and linen should be left all together in the service bathroom.

Guest access

This is a complete private apartment with all necessary facilities for you exclusive use.

Interaction with guests

Complete private household. Owners will only be present at arrival and departure. Owners are available to interact with guests at any time.
